The Role

  • Work with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality
  • Run the sections allocated
  • Follow food safety procedures and legislation
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Changing menu to match Museum exhibitions
  • Work on a 5 days working week between Monday and Sunday

About You

  • Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in fast-paced events environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for cooking, and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Valid working rights in Australia
